ODAK PCB CODE OF CONDUCT

Odak PCB has adopted the following principles as its code of conduct:

Legal Requirements: Our company complies with national and international legal regulations.

Forced labour: No employees are forced to work in our company.

Child labour: No child labour is employed in our company. Minimum working ages set by national and international legal regulations are complied with.

Prevention of Harassment, Mistreatment and Abuse: No employee can be harassed, mistreated or abused. In our workplaces, human rights and social and ethical values designated by national and international agreements are complied with. All activities are carried out within the framework of these values. No manager can treat subordinates inappropriately. Employees in the workplace are also expected to adopt these principles and act in accordance with these values within the company.

Discrimination: No one can be discriminated against in our workplace based on language, race, colour, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability and similar qualities.

Bribery and Nepotism: In cases such as recruitment, promotion, change of duty/authority/responsibility, termination of employment/service contract, use of annual leave, sick and excused leaves, benefiting from the social rights and opportunities offered; a decision-making mechanism is applied, eliminating any reason that may affect the obligation to make objective decisions, including language, race, colour, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability, degree of kinship/closeness, financial gain and/or gift. Our company guarantees a fair work environment.

Health and Safety: All health and safety precautions in our company are taken in accordance with national legislation. Our employees are supported with training activities regarding health and safety.

Salaries and Benefits: Each of our employees work in exchange for a wage. No employee can be paid less than the minimum wage determined by law. All employees are paid the wages they deserve, together with all their legal rights, to be presented with a payslip (payroll). All employees are supported with social benefits as well as wages.

Working Hours and Overtime: Working hours in our company are communicated to all employees in written documents at the beginning of the job. The country laws are complied with regarding the weekly working hours. Overtime cannot exceed legal limits, the maximum working hours determined by the laws are complied with. Overtime is recorded in documents, and overtime wages are based on the rates determined by law.
